Free Evolv Climbing Shoe competition Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

• The giveaway is open to individuals who are 18 years or older or have permission from a legal guardian at the time of entry.
• Entrants must be residents of the United Kingdom.
• Employees, affiliates, or representatives of Shoe Chalk and Evolv, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.

2. How to Enter

• To enter the giveaway, entrants must post a reel on Instagram or TikTok demonstrating the use of Shoe Chalk.
• The post must tag the official account @shoechalk and include the hashtag #shoechalkevolv.
• Only one entry per person will be accepted. Duplicate or incomplete entries will be disqualified.

3. Entry Period

• The giveaway starts on 08/03/2025 and will run until a total of 20 eligible entries have been received.
• Once the 20-entry threshold is reached, the competition will continue until the end of that month.
• Any entries submitted after the end of the month in which the 20-entry threshold is met will not be considered.

4. Prize

• One winner will receive a free pair of Evolv climbing shoes.
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
• Shoe Chalk and Evolv reserve the right to substitute the prize with an item of equivalent value at their discretion.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

• The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
• The drawing will take place on at the end of the month once the 20-entry threshold is reached.
• The winner will be notified via direct message on the platform where their entry was submitted and must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize. If no response is received, another winner may be selected.

6. Publicity

• By entering, you grant Shoe Chalk and Evolv permission to use your name, image, and content submitted for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

7. Disqualification

• Any entry that does not adhere to these Terms and Conditions or that is deemed fraudulent will be disqualified at the sole discretion of Shoe Chalk and Evolv.

8. Platform Acknowledgment

• This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or TikTok.
• Entrants release Instagram and TikTok from any claims.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Shoe Chalk and Evolv are not responsible for any technical issues, lost entries, or any other errors that may occur during the submission process.
• By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Shoe Chalk, Evolv, and their respective affiliates from any liability, loss, or damage arising from participation in the giveaway or receipt or use of any prize.

10. Governing Law

• The giveaway and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the United Kingdom.

11. Amendments

• Shoe Chalk and Evolv reserve the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway at any time without prior notice.

12. Acceptance of Terms

• By participating in the giveaway, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
